Inland Rail Project

AOS has been involved in the mobilisation phase for an inland project and helped a mid Tier Contractor establish Project Controls and Planning systems in a very short ramp-up phase.

Some of the key initiatives we worked on were as follows:

The optimisation of the program and commencement of construction six months ahead of schedule on Stockinbingal to Parkes was one of the main achievements, whilst in general, AOS contributed to the advancement of the organisation's knowledge in Planning and Project Controls.
