Mohsen Taherkhani is a leader in Planning and Project Controls (P&PC) with a proven track record of successfully delivering P&PC services for infrastructure projects, such as the Sydney Metro Southwest, the New Intercity Fleet, Parramatta Light Rail, Inland Rail, Transport Accessibility Upgrade projects in Australia and overseas.

Throughout his career, Mohsen has assisted several Tier 1 Contractor organisations in project controls, cost, and risk management, with processes and system development, mentoring Planners, and business growth strategies. Mohsen has delivered successful outcomes through optimisation, data management and visualisation, effective communication, and a widely recognised collaborative approach.

Mohsen experience spans from Project inception to closure. From work winning to claim closures, Mohsen led a diverse range of efforts in Time Management, such as robust program development, contract review, forensic analysis, and delay and litigation claims preparation.
